Thank you for choosing Cat Owner Essentials for your cat mesh system. Our warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind regarding the quality and longevity of our products. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Coverage: The warranty covers the mesh/system if it breaks naturally. Replacement of polyester pet mesh occurs only if the mesh is bitten by a cat or damaged naturally to a minimum size of 5cm x 5cm.
2. Service Period: For the first 12 months after purchase, service is free of charge for material excluding any additional charges such as transportation costs.
3. After 12 Months: From the 13th month onwards, labor and transportation charges will apply, determined by Cat Owner Essentials. If mesh products cannot be repaired and require replacement, the cost of the replacement mesh product will be charged at half the price listed on the invoice. This replacement cost is in addition to transportation charges.
4. Void Warranty: The warranty is void if the attachment system is removed for reasons other than to replace a defective product covered under this warranty.
5. Maintenance: The product warranty only applies when the product is maintained in accordance with mesh care instructions and properly installed. It does not cover misuse, abuse, or acts of God. The product warranty covers installations only in Singapore.
6. Amendment: Cat Owner Essentials reserves the right to amend the Warranty Terms & Conditions without prior notice to all affected customers.
